We offer Mini main dealer levels of service but without the dealer price tag!
Specialist MINI Services.
We are able to service any mini without affecting any warranties including manufactures warranty and we are able to carry out diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical faults, such as, engine warning light on, or airbag warning light on.
We carry out all repairs on site, including clutch replacement, brakes, suspension and exhaust repairs. And we will always discuss costs up front so you can make an informed decision, we will not carry out any unauthorised work.
Oils We Use in your MINI
Also required during the engine oil service is the correct quality, standard, and grade of engine oil. Whereas some garages my use a 1 oil fits all policy we only stock and use oil for BMW and Mini vehicles.
- Castrol Edge 0w-30 BMW LL04
- Castrol Edge 10w-60
- Castrol Magnetec 10w-40 BMW LL01 (For use in older models and also higher mileage engines where the service intervals are adjusted to suit).
As well as using the BMW MINI Approved Genuine parts and Castrol BMW approved engine oil, we also use Forte engine flushes in every service.
MINI Servicing

We use genuine diagnostic software to identify faults accurately and quickly on BMW, M-Power and MINI models.

Service Light Resets
BM Automotive Solutions are registered partners of BMW, we have a fully paid account with BMW as well as the genuine BMW Key reader device and the diagnostic interface and software. This is linked to BMW where upon service the entry is recorded and electronically stamped.

From suspension and brakes to cooling systems and warning lights, we carry out precise repairs you can rely on.

MINI Air Conditioning Service
With summer fast approaching now is a good time to get your cars Air-Con system checked, and if necessary cleaned and re-gassed. Over time Air-Con gas escapes from the cars air conditioning system, this causes a drop in efficiency from the air-con system and will eventually cause the system to fail all together.

Oil Service
Your engine oil and oil filter replacement is now due to for best performance and help maintain efficiency. Also the microfilter(s) should be replaced

Front brakes
Your front brake pads getting close to the wear limit and need replacing. BM Automotive will also check the condition of your brake discs.

Rear brakes
Your rear brake pads are getting close to their wear limit and need replacing. BM Automotive will also check the condition of the rear discs.

Spark plugs
Your spark plugs in your petrol engine should be replaced at every second oil service along with the air filter. NOTE- This icon may not be displayed on your dashboard.

DPF
Your DPF Diesel Particulate Filter may be blocked or need replacing. Contact BM Automotive

Microfilter
Your microfilter/pollen filter should be replaced with every engine oil service. Note- This icon may not be displayed on your dashboard.

Brake fluid
Your Brake Fluid should now be replaced to maintain optimum braking performance.

MOT
Your car is due the annual statutory inspection (MOT) for vehicles that are 3 years and older. Contact BM Automotive
